A lovely silver apple fell
Into my lap within the dell
The window to her soul revealed
Sublime splendor, our love was sealed
We traveled near and far away
Her lightness turned my work to play
And through passed words our bond grew tight
Until one fateful, dreary night
When in her once bright soul I see
A darkened void where light should be
She lay quite dormant until morn
And then revealed her cache of porn
Memory of our link was lost
Hacked from her bio, oh the cost!
I tried to boot her once or twice
Yet her response was cold as ice
Her program, dark, did replicate
From peer to peer across the state
In e-mails that read "I Love You"
I knew then what I had to do
My love for her will soon abate,
As she remains in frozen state
And diagnostic test confirms
The apple of my eye has worms
